Stephanie has taught on counselling and therapeutic courses, at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, Birkbeck College (London University) and at Central School of Speech and Drama. Her particular interests include creative writing and the expressive arts and her background includes, working in television and theatre. Stephanie holds a BA in Drama and English and is fluent in Italian, French and Spanish.
Sam Fairgrieve is an experienced, BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered psychosynthesis counsellor working in Bath and has been working with adults in private practice since 2013.
Sam is experienced in helping clients who have a range of difficulties including; stress; anxiety; depression; low self-confidence; overwhelm; crisis; lack of meaning and purpose; separation, loss or prolonged grief; relationship issues; family breakdown, separation and issues around step-families; and life transitions including motherhood.
As a professional member of the BACP and APP (Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners), Sam adheres to the strict ethical frameworks of each of these bodies. In addition to her professional qualifications, Sam regularly attends CPD (continuing professional development) workshops and trainings.
